Carrying a wired headphone is honestly a hassle when you have to look after your phone, untangle the cords and enjoy your music despite all that. We all have been there and went through the struggle. Targeted at gym rats and fitness freaks, Tagg has come up with brilliant, powerful wireless in-ear headphones – named Inferno.
The most evident thing about Tagg Inferno is its sleek and lightweight design. With noise cancellation and water resistance, Inferno is possibly one of the best stereo sports Bluetooth headset buyers can get at a reasonable price tag of Rs. 1999/- only.
Box Contents:
Packed carefully in a box, Tagg Inferno comes with a carrying pouch along with a user manual, charging cable and 3 pairs of earbuds. The earbud sizes vary and the buyer has a lot of choices depending upon their requirement. During our tests we went with the medium ones. The orange touch added to the appeal of already a sleek and beautiful headset.
Features and Design:
The water resistant headset comes with a behind the ear design for the comfort of the user. The headset comes with a flat wire connecting both earphones to ensure that you don’t end up losing one of them. With charging time of 2 hours and standby time upto massive 150 hours, Inferno is quiet excellent considering the fact that you won’t have to charge it again and again despite it not being used. The headset comes with music play time of 7 hours and talk time of 8 hours – which we found enough on our day to day routine.
with IPX4 sweat proof design, noise cancellation and deep bass ensure that you will have a good music companion during your morning run or late night workout. The right side comes with a volume button and the charging port under it is. During our tests, we found the placement of volume buttons very convenient.
Bluetooth 4.0 ensures Inferno’s compatibility with majority of devices and built in mic saved us a lot of hassle. It also supports Siri if you’re on an iPhone and Google Assistant on Android which we found useful and time saving.
Performance and comfort:
During our tests, we tried different earbuds during our long runs (read jogging) and the headset stayed in the place. As an avid music lover, I found Inferno on par and even better with other wireless headset in the same price range. The deep bass and noise cancellation worked like a charm.
The lightweight of headset delivered maximum comfort and we didn’t have any problem or uncomforting experience.
Verdict:
At a reasonable price tag of Rs. 1,999/- Tagg Inferno provides unmatchable built quality and performed better than our expectation. Where headset with same or even minimum features costing a fortune, Tagg Inferno is best for both your sports and casual needs.
