Redmi 3s Prime is not True dual sim phone, has a hybrid SIM tray which means you can use one SIM and a microSD card at a time or two SIMs at a time. So it should not included in dual sim mobile phones.

Yes, almost all phones support 4G on both SIM slots and this has become a norm over the last few years. So we do not feel the need to mention it separately.
