Wikileaks booted from Amazon  too

Looks like Internet is not a democratic place. The neutrality of the web is in question again. The world which everyone is fearing to be might be nearing. Wikileaks which has a suffered DDOS attacks on its current host was looking for a different host and hosted it on Amazon Cloud services. After the intervention of Senator Joe Lieberman, Wikileaks was shown the finger by Amazon. Reason cited was national security. But there is a bigger problem at hand.

iPhone beats Blackberry

iPhone OS, has gained an impressive market share of 27.9% moving past RIM OS. RIM has a 27.4% share. Android OS has a 22.7% market share and could dethrone Apple and RIM any moment now.

Google got a social product and a Quora competition

Google which has been left behind in the social game, is testing out its social production. There was Orkut and there was Wave but there is no real good social product from Google. Looks like we now have a name to the product. It might be called “Emerald City”. And as per the rumors, Google is already testing its integration to various Google products.

Google Baraza, designed to get local information from Africa, is touted to be a Quora competition. Baraza uses English and French as the main languages to source information.

Dolly the sheep is alive

The sheep which was cloned in 1996 and was put down in 2002 is still alive. Not just one but four of them. The scientist has made copies of the sheep. Weird as it sounds, this is true, scary and complicated.
