It’s fun to see what the specifications of one of the oldest PC are and compare them with the current crop of products. IBM Model 5150 which has been famous in the 1980’s was credited for being the first mass produced PC. IBM Model 5150 costed $1500-$3000, weighed over 10 kg’s and came with a 5 inch floppy disk and 160 kb storage capacity. Though not appropriate, compare Model 5150 with Lenovo’s latest all-in-one PC – Lenovo ThinkCentre Edge 91z.
