A house built using solar photovoltaic cells is the greenest home ever. LinkedIn and Playstation are coming up with their Android apps. LG’s dual core phone is spotted in South Korea. Micromax Bling is back.
Self-powered house
A house designed in Germany is filled with solar photovoltaic cells. The house gets all its energy needs from abundantly available natural resources. When I said all the energy needs it meant all. The house is loaded with two electric cars which are powered by the house. Once the house is done with consuming for all its energy needs, it still has something to left which is ready for sale. A house that saves money, generates income for you, while you are living in it. The coolest things to happen. Ever. (slashgear, find more at treehugger)
Android apps
Gadget news doesn’t pass by without a mention of Android apps. They are coming and they are coming thick and fast. After Apple store, Android market is the hottest destination for app developers. LinkedIn Android app is now available in the market. And Playstation app will be coming soon.
Micromax Bling is back
What do you mean Bling is back? Isn’t it already in market? Well what can I say. There is a company called Bling telecom which has filed a lawsuit against Micromax for trademark infringement (or something of that sort). Court ruled that Micromax cannot use Bling. Suddenly Twinkle Khanna is out of job. Now Delhi High Court, has lifted the ban temporarily. Micromax can use Bling. Micromax has sold 2.5 lakh phones already and it has bet big on Bling. Micromax Bling is one of the ooh-aah phones which garnered a lot of attention especially from the ladies. Can you blame them? The phone itself looks like an ornament and a much needed style statement.
LG’s Dual-core phone is spotted in Korea
Where else? LG Optimus 2X is spotted in South Korea and will be available in the Korean market first. It will later move on to rest of the world. This happens to be the world’s first dual core phone. It’s only a matter of time when everyone else jump in. Who would it be next? HTC? Samsung?
