Text message (SMS) backup – we might have never thought of that. Now there is an Android app to backup your text messages as and when they land in your phone Inbox. SMS Backup, works with Gmail, nce the credentials are entered into the app, you can see all your text messages neatly archived in you GMail inbox with the label called SMS.
In Gmail, you have to set-up to receive IMAP messages and in the SMS Backup app add your gmail address and password. The messages are archived in batches of 100 in the beginning.
Now you don’t have to worry about losing an all important SMS. Install the app and breathe easy.
