The market is flooding with large capacity battery phone. To get into this Taiwanese handset maker Asus will be launching its latest ZenFone 3S Max smartphone on February 7 in India. This would be an addition to its list of available Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 and 5.2 variant of the phone. Its older generation came with a 4,100 mAh battery but ZenFone 3S Max will come with a bigger 5000 mAh battery.
ZenFone 3S Max has a 5.2-inch HD display and not a 1080p which is quite disappointing. Asus might have taken this step to get on with extended battery life. The smartphone will come with a Mediatek 6750 octa-core processor clocked at 1.51 Ghz, 3GB RAM and 32GB storage which could be expanded to 2TB via a hybrid slot. The camera comes with a 13MP rear shooter and 8MP front. The device comes with Android Nougat 7.0 with company ZenUI on top.
ZenFone 3s Max sports an all-metal unibody design with 2.5-D curved glass and comes with a fingerprint scanner with is the home button at the front. The smartphone looks study and has a goo build like other unibody devices in the market.
But the main bit of the phone is the 5000mAh battery. Because of this high capacity battery, the phone feels heavier. ZenFone 3s Max doesn’t support fast charging so it might take a good time to charge the battery to 100 percent. The device also supports reverse charging capability which means it can act as a power bank too for other smartphones.
The company would be revealing the price and availability details of smartphone and will be available via both online and offline channels. It will be available in Black and Gold color variants.
