Olivepad now runs Android 2.2

Olivepad is now upgraded to run Android 2.2. Olivepad is a 3.5G capable tablet from Olive Telecom. It is comparable to Samsung Galaxy Tab and Apple iPad on all the specs. Olivepad costs Rs. 25990 and is available online or in Croma stores.

Olive Pad comes with the following :

16GB micro SD card
Leather Case
6 month subscription via Zenga TV (this is really cool)
Lifetime navigation by MapMyIndia. To give a perspective about this, MapMyIndia iPhone app costs $79. Olivepad is providing it for free.
