Recent coverage : What the hell is Nokia Lankku?
After the brutally honest assessment of Nokia’s standing, it has canceled Meego based Nokia N9-00. This could be rumors too, but given the history they never are rumors. Nokia N9 which is a Meego based touch screen with a slider keypad will not see the day of light. Instead Nokia will be focusing its energies on a tablet. Nokia N9-01, called as Lankku will be Nokia’s touch screen tablet. It’s about time Nokia got in to the tablet game. The tablet could still be running Meego.
This news follows Nokia’s CEO internal memo sent to Nokia’s employees yesterday. You can read all about it here. Expect a lot more surprise in the next few weeks from Nokia.

Have you ever heard of the N0kia n700 n800 n810? Then the n900 which brought telephony functions.
