Reliance Retail is leaving no stone unturned to promote the sale of its LYF branded smartphones ahead of Reliance Jio commercial launch. Reliance introduced a major price cut for LYF smartphones just 3 weeks back, and now the company is ready with yet another significant price cut.
Just like the previous round of price cut, this time also the prices are slashed only for a couple of phones.
The recent price cuts are introduced in LYF Flame 1, LYF Wind 5, and LYF Water 7.
LYF Flame 1 was originally launched at Rs. 5,499 before the recent price cut which brought it down to Rs. 4,999. Now as reported by TelecomTalk, after the recent price cut of Rs. 600, Flame 1 will cost just Rs. 4,399.
LYF Flame 1 has a 4.5-inch IPS display having a resolution of 854×480 pixels and is powered by Snapdragon 210 along with Adreno 210 and 1 GB RAM.

Another phone to receive price cut is LYF Water 7. It is a mid-range smartphone which received a whopping price cut of Rs. 3,000 and is now available at Rs. 9,999. It packs a decent hardware including a Snapdragon 616 chip, 2 GB RAM, 5.4-inch full HD display, and a 3000 mAh battery.

These phones were launched at very high prices and this price cuts were the only way to sell these phones. Now, Flame 1, Wind 5, and Water 7 are priced very competitively and with the unlimited free data (and 4500 minutes of voice) valid for 90 days, it makes it difficult to ignore these phones.
