Nokia is taking the low-end dual SIM market seriously. It has less than five dual SIM phone and it is now entering the market with a touch and type Nokia C2 phone. This phone will run Symbian Series 40 operating system, has a resistive touch screen, 2 megapixel camera and dual SIM capability.
