Maxx Mobiles launches a dual screen phone called Ditto. It’s a palindrome for phones

Maxx Mobiles new phone Maxx Ditto MX222 comes with a dual screen, dual keypad and dual camera. The phone is designed in such a way that irrespective of which side you hold the phone it will look the same. Think of Maxx Ditto MX222 as a palindrome of phones. If you recall, Micromax had a similar concept for its Gravity phone. The Gravity dual SIM phone will work with SIM 1 from the top end and will work with SIM 2 if you just rotate it to the bottom end.

Specifications

Maxx Ditto MX222 comes with a 2 inch TFT screen, it’s Java enabled, has FM radio, audio and video player, and comes with a 2GB memory card. It has 1.3 MP camera (on both sides). 800 mAh battery powers the phone which will provide 3.5 hours of talk time and 300 hours of standby time. Max Ditto MX222 has Bluetooth. The phone is available in Red, Blue and Yellow colors.

Who would be attracted to this phone?

First of all this is a cool concept. The use cases of this phone will only come out when the phone is in the wild but Maxx Ditto’s coolness is very appealing to a particular section of the crowd which is in search of the next coolest phone. Looking at new phone to flaunt at your next party, Maxx Ditto MX222 could be the one.

Looks like Maxx has taken the mantle from Micromax to launch innovate phones.
