      Lenovo hasn’t announced any Android upgrade plans for the P780 till now. The Lenovo’s section on this page will be updated as soon as they announce their Android L upgrade plans. Be sure to check this page later in future.

      Hi Aditya,
      Lenovo is currently preparing to release an update for the existing KitKat firmware on P780. The update should resolve battery backup and many other issues.
      Keeping the present scenario in mind and given the fact that the Lenovo P780 is an old phone, the chances of it getting the latest Android 5.0 update are very few.
      However, if you are feeling restless and are willing to void your warranty for getting the upgrade then please visit xda-devs forums.

    Hello Sebastian,
    There has been no official update from iBerry regarding their Android Lollipop upgrade roadmap. So, we are not sure if the Nuclea X will receive the Android 5.0 update. We will update this page whenever more information is available about the same.

      There has been no official news about the Android 5.0 upgrade for the HP Slate 6. And we are not sure if HP will even bother to upgrade it.

      Lenovo has kept mum about their Android Lollipop update plans. And given the fact that Lenovo K900 was launched in the early half of 2013, there are very few chances of it getting the latest Android update.

      The Android L update schedule for Motorola Moto G (1st gen.) is still not released but it will receive the update soon. The Lenovo Vibe X2 was teased with Android Lollipop before its launch so its evident that it will receive the much awaited update at some point in future. However, Lenovo didn’t mention any time frame for that.

      The Android Lollipop update for Moto X (2nd gen.) is only for the US version. It will take some time before being rolled out for the international models.

    Any idea if the Lenovo Vibe Z2 Pro (a.k.a. K920) will get the Lollipop and when?

    Currently the phone is working on stock KitKat 4.4.2 and one more thing – will the update keep the option to revert to Google UI if you do not like the Lenovo Vibe UI?

      Lenovo has yet not released the Android 5.0 roll-out date for the Vibe Z2 Pro. But it will get it in near future as they’ve announced it.
      We will publish a news of the update and all its new Lenovo-baked features after it’s announced.

      We can’t tell you the exact date of the Android 5.0 roll-out for Xolo One as Xolo hasn’t revealed its official Android 5.0 upgrade schedule. But we expect the upgrade to hit Xolo One sometime in Q1 2015.

      Nokia hasn’t said anything about updating their Nokia X platform to be based on Android 5.0. And now that Nokia is Microsoft Mobiles, there is little hope that the Nokia X2 will receive the Android Lollipop upgrade ever.

      Hello Mohan,
      1. Panasonic India hasn’t released any information about their Android Lollipop 5.0 upgrade plans for any of their phones. So, we can’t really tell you whether they’ll release the Android update for their phones or not. I have asked them about this and will update you whenever they send me a reply.
      2. You can choose from multiple phones like Micromax Canvas A1, Xiaomi Redmi 1s, Redmi Note, Karbonn Sparkle V, Spice Dream Uno, and Xolo One. I’m not sure if Xiaomi will have a service centre near you. Please check the location of the service centres provided on the respective manufacturer websites before making a buying decision.
