News of Facebook tablet app coming first to HP TouchPad is doing the rounds on the Internet for the past 10 hours or so. Turns out, that app after all is built by HP itself for its own tablet. Facebook hasn’t yet built an app for any tablet yet. There are rumors that Facebook is working on an iPad app. I say it better because iPad is most popular selling tablet and Facebook with 750 million users is the largest social network on the planet. It makes perfect business sense for Facebook to release an iPad app. Zuckerberg who was inspired by Steve Jobs for his “I’m CEO, bitch” card, knows better.
Coming to the Facebook app on HP TouchPad, the app looks just like what a Facebook app should look like. TechCrunch has caught some screenshots.
