World’s first mobile concert!

Vishal and Shekhar will be doing something unique today at 5PM. They will perform live and it will be simultaneously streamed on to web and Nokia N8 mobiles. The duo will perform various Bollywood hits and will go unplugged. The event is sponsored by Hungama, Nokia and Airtel.

I wonder what the viewership would be. Most of India is still on narrowband and 3G isn’t completely out yet. Yet another thing is, there is no mention of “Watch Live”. It is more of listen. In which case the broadband requirements aren’t necessary.
