World’s first floatable phone from iBall!

Dubbed as the worlds first floatable phone, iBall waterproof is a phone for all seasons and all conditions. It is a light weight phone with color display on a 3.6 cm screen. It has a built-in FM and built-in torch. Waterproof’s dual language support will let users send SMS in two languages – Hindi and English. The only let down on the waterproof is its 3 hours talk time though it provides a 130 hours of standby time. The phone is dust proof, drop proof (tested by dropping from 1.6 m) and water proof.

The company execs has given quite a demo for its water proof and floatable capabilities. See the picture below.

The phone was dropped in water, floated its way up and stayed there for 10 minutes. When it was taken out, the phone started working in 2 hours.

The price of the phone is not specified anywhere but it should be in the range of Rs. 1250 to Rs. 6500.
