Mobile app store is a big business. So much so that a company like BSNL has just entered it. Apps in general make money either through paid downloads, advertising or in-app purchases. Together the revenues for 2011 is expected to touch $3.8 billion and continue its stellar growth to become a $8.3 billion in 2014.
