Alcatel OT 806 D is almost radiation free with a SAR level of 0.67 watt/kg. The higher the SAR level, the worse it is. iPhone 3G S SAR level is 0.79 and iPhone 4G’s SAR level is 1.17 watts per kilogram.
Alcatel OT 806 D is a touch and type phone with a full QWERTY key pad. It has a 2.8 inch TFT touch display and a three row QWERTY keypad. OT 806 D is a Dual SIM phone, 2 megapixel camera, music player, memory up to 8 GB, Bluetooth, web camera and modem and FM Radio. Its 850 mAh Lithium Ion battery gives 9 hours of talk time and 650 hours standby time.
Users can access push email with attachment support. Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter are on-board for your social needs. The price of the phone is Rs. 4499.

0.67 watt/kg is considered high for a phone advertising 'Low radiation'. Even samsung STAR WIFI has SAR EU of 0.53.
Also even some the Samsung & Motorola phones have much lesser radiation. i believe i have seen a Phone with SAR of 0.3 w/kg
