What makes this phone a Transformer phone?
True to the name of the phone, the phone transforms into a full touch screen-only phone or a full bar phone. As you can see from the side vie of the phone, it is a full bar phone when the screen is pulled up. We have seen phones like this, but the key difference is how the phone is transformed. In a zap style or a slider model, the phone goes to the bar shape but leaves an ugly wedge for you deal with which also increases the overall thickness. Spice Transformer doesn’t leave an ugly wedge and becomes a bar shape phone without anyone noticing it. Nicely done.
While we are on the Transformers subject, the movie makers would have wished Spice released this phone much earlier for them to use it in the movie. Transformer-3 movie makers has used Nokia X7 instead.
Now Spice Transformers joins my list of innovatively designed phones along with Micromax Van Gogh.
