For people who are looking for some Micromax love, we got just the thing for you. Micromax has launched world’s first mobile with dockable Bluetooth headset. Micromax Van Gogh X450 is mobile which comes with its own Bluetooth headset and a place holder for it. Micromax Van Gogh X450 costs Rs. 3500.
Van Gogh is a bar style, dual sim phone, of course. It has a 2 megapixel camera, 2.5 mm display, 3.5 mm audio jack, video player, recorder and FM radio. Van Gogh is pre-loaded with Opera mini, e-buddy, document reader and games. It has a 1000 mAh battery which provides a talk time of 4 hours and a standby of 13 days. Memory on the phone can be expanded up to 8 GB.
The Bluetooth dongle charges itself from the phone. Now that’s what I call hands free and hassle free
The back of the phone is what makes Van Gogh phone special. It has a bright yellow color finish and the Bluetooth headset docks in beautifully and blends really well with the overall finish of the phone. Why yellow? Its’ the sunflowers silly.
What’s with the name? Van Gogh? Duh?
Van Gogh is a Dutch painter who is famous for paintings with vivid colors and emotional impact. Paintings of sunflowers is one of Van Gogh’s famous work.
The Micromax X450 is a reminiscent of Van Gogh’s painting sunflowers – the striking yellow color borrowed from the sunflowers has been added to the back panel of the device, to keep your mood up and bright always. (KYM)
And that’s with the name and the color. Who comes up with this kind of stuff? Micromax?
At the cost of Rs. 3500, I am not sure if you will be paying for the phone or Bluetooth headset. And that’s a pretty good situation to be in.
