I fancy both Amazon’s $139 Kindle and Barnes and Noble’s new Nook Color. What if we can get the Amazon store on Nook alongside B&N’s own store and of course the color display? BlogKindle folks has done just that. Nook color is an entry level Android tablet and rooting on it didn’t take much time. Now they have installed Kindle for Android app and it works amazingly well alongside B&N’s own book store.
This could probably be the best hack of the year 2010. It’s amazing that it has come at the end of the year. Nook Color is even more desirable and I will replace Kindle altogether in my best gadgets of 2010 list.
