Micromax which has been dormant after its Andro A60 launch is at it again. It will soon be launching Micromax M2 a music phone with great looking headphones. The cost of the phone is just Rs. 5000. I know many of you are already looking at your current phone with disgust. I wouldn’t blame you. I would blame Micromax for inculcating a consumerist behavior for the whole of India. Its Bling had got the ladies ogling and for the first time made the mobile a style statement. Micromax A60 has the honors of cheapest Android phone on the market. There is the psychedelic phone which is now branded as MTV PSYCH. And now Micromax M2 has all the qualities to push everything over.
Micromax is the baap of budget phones.
iGyaan has the exclusive pictures and video of the phone and I should say I am very impressed. The phone itself is very slick which reminds me of my Samsung J150 phone which would fit in my Jeans small top pocket. Micromax M2 will gain a lot of female fans and would probably replace its predecessor Bling. Take a look at the phone :
And the headphones too :
Aren’t they cool. From the look of it, headphones itself might cost in the vicinity of 3K.
Micromax M2 comes with 2 GB memory card, and like all Micromax phones it is a dual SIM phone. There is a track pad to facilitate browsing through your song selection. Needless to mention the inspiration for the track pad.
Micromax M2 looks like iPod Nano without the sharper edges. I hope Apple wouldn’t’ mind the doppelganger design.
Micromax M2 is not yet available in India and should be launched sometime this month. When that happens make sure you buy one.
