Digitize your stuff with UseItorLoseIt [iphone app]

Use It or Lose it, the popular web interface for keeping your stuff in order now has an iPhone app. There is a strong movement going on around the world in terms of losing clutter, organizing stuff and stuff in general. The things that weigh us down for the most part is our stuff. How about keeping track of stuff?

Use It or Lose it lets you tag your stuff, digitize it and organize it and then make decision to save, use, sell or throw it away. The app is very intuitive with a lot less stuff on the user interface. It just has three tabs at the bottom one of which is a big fat camera button. After you point and shoot the picture is uploaded to the central library which can then be accessed with a web app or the phone itself.

Of course, there is the login screen which you have to get past to get to the app. No, it doesn’t have a facebook and Twitter login. Thank god for that.

UseItorLoseIt is a clutter free no-nonsense app to digitize your clutter or stuff.

Use cases

Take a picture(s) of your wardrobe or individual shirts and pants and decide on the dress you are going to wear next time. Snap a picture of your book and then save it away under the books tag. Take a picture of the things you are trying to get rid of, incubate them and check back later to see if you still want to sell them off. The possibilities are endless.
